We offer affordable shipping at a standard rate of R60 on all orders in South Africa and $40 for all international orders (orders outside South Africa)
 
All orders are delivered to your door within 2-5 business days of purchase and are shipped using a reliable courier service.
 
We take great care in ensuring your items are safely and securely packaged in an ARCTIC WEAR branded packaging before delivery.
 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and can track the progress of your order online.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

ARCTIC WEAR is committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

We happily accept returns within 14 days of purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned to us in original packaging.

We will send a replacement product of the same item in the unlikely event of a product defect.

​

Delivery of the replacement product will be free of charge.
